Hello, I’m Joel your town councillor for Bideford North.

I have a keen interest in the environment and really do agree that we are in a climate emergency.

I am all about laying foundations for the next fifty years. Not about quick bucks for tomorrow.

I am committed to exploring employment/training and education opportunities for young people in the area.

I am passionate about communities in which we live and work and see it as our duty to act creatively and resourcefully to keep Torridge green, beautiful and bountiful for generations to come.

I promise to listen, be open to all opinions and honour our common interests.

Thinking outside the box, we can make Torridge an exciting, forward-looking place that functions in an exciting, democratic way.
